FAO gives useful guidance on management of storage pests [1], but in light of new regulations, specific control agents may need to be updated.
The Federation of Cocoa Commerce Ltd. (FCC) has issued and updated a Statement of Best Practice for Managing Infestation and Fumigation [2].
This document, together with FCC Superintendents Scheme Code of Practice, provides information on techniques and procedures for improving cocoa quality.
